I AM saying there's no point. And once we figure that out, they will decide there's no point in attacking us.

Of course, if we're not there, we need to be stronger than we are. And we need to make some sense of other issues here. BUt that would be difficult and take some effort, so I can't see it as all that likely.

Not at all. I'd be all in favor of using the US military to back up inspections, and to implement a policy of destroying what they try to hide.
