Viking 0 #1 September 20, 2002 Ok so there i am in freefall filming a freefly jump. I don't have a dyter and i didn't look at my alti but i decide its time to get the hell out of dodge. So i wave bye and track away and pull. Well somehow the pc flys up in my face! I grab it again and toss it into the wind. My main opens and i don't have enough time to do anything but flare with rear risers. Ok next jump again i just apear in freefall. doing a headdown! I am pretty sure i was dreaming about freefly b/c steve showed me a whole bunch of freefly movies last night after the club) Anyway so there i am and another guy come over in a headdown and puts his helmet on !!!!!! I tap my camera and laugh. So we just stay headdown for a while and then track away. we keep tracking and tracking and tracking I go to pull my pc and it a weak pull! By this time i am sinking it down pretty low and decide to give it more try. I then notice that i have fallen through a large door in a warehouse and am now floating at the top of the ceiling! Well i just floated down to the floor before my pc had time to inflate and pull my pin. I calmly turn around and ask somebody if my main pin is still in. She said yes and i just gathered up my stiff and got into my dads Yellow 64 1/2 mustang that he had been keeping in Maine. Oh ya on the non skydiving side of things i got into a fight with a cocky little highschool kid trying to impress his g/f. Damn near broke his arm before he said mercy. I don't have a clue why i got into a fight but i remember he said somthing that pissed me off. So how did your nights go?
