License Tests

Remember the most important question. I found it most informative. I foun my knowledge of skydiving incomplete without it. Now that I know the answer I feel immune to line overs, spinning line twists and other malfunctions:
Q: which part of FAA rules skydiving?
A: Chapter 65
And my conclusion is that without that precious piece of info no skydive is really complete;)

Unfortunately, you still have it incorrect.

For the most part you'd want to reference FAR Part 105. FAR Part 65 concerns the certification of airmen other than flight crew members (riggers for instance)

The entire FAR can be found HERE.

Quade, you bad person;), strangely enough you are right. But since this knowledge is of little importance to me I decided to pass it on to my lawyerB|. For each his own: jumping for me, FAR 105 for my lawyer. That should make his existance excitingB|.

Absolutely, and it stands in direct violation to both FAR Part 65, Subpart A 65.12 as well as FAR Part 105, Subpart A 105.7 and may be punishable by flogging (mmmmmmmm...) and or stoning (even better) and since a stoned person is in direct violation of both of the above mentioned regulations as a repeat offender the person will have to get stoned again in effect creating a catch .22 syndrom. EVERYBODY MUST GET STONED!
