Another incident - I think it was Jeff Lund who was an AFF evaluator during one of the AFF-JCC's at Perris, and he and his two candidates were the first out. They were acting as AFF-JM's (of course) and one was spotting. "I dunno, I'm pretty nervous about this," said Jeff. "Don't worry, you'll do fine," said the non-spotting JM. "What if I land out? What if the winds are bad? What if the spot's bad?" he asked. "Stop worrying about that," said the JM. "There won't be a problem with that." "But on the last load the spot was bad!" continued Jeff. "What if . . . " Finally the JM who was spotting turned around. "Look, I can spot you down a fucking chimney, so shut up and concentrate on your job on this dive!" he said. Sebazz1 2 #7 September 26, 2002 Friggin classic!! Rick Horn and Jeff Lund were evaluators at the course I went to. Those guys are so friggin funny... An evaluator at an AFF course one time put his shoes on backwards and the JM's didn't notice and another time a guy actually brought a cigarette and started to light it up on the way to altitude... Plus there was one time a guy had his main pin come out. So instead of riding the plane down he got on all fours in the front of the plane and someone closed him back up. Funny because the AFF I, and my self knew how this particualr pilot likes to land the K Air ( over the runway numbers? OK dive,dive dive, pull up... land )and were jsutifiably horrified when the student started yelling, " is that all you got old man" I have never wanted to physically hurt someone so bad as I did that student. The dive was me going out of the back of a CASA with Carrie & another friend taking AFF grips on me. Did I mention "Humpy" the 5' tall blue inflatable whale that I was holding onto? On the ride up Cori grabs the whale, puts it between her legs and started making extremely loud orgasm noises (it was either that or a really disturbed Wire-Haired Terrier barking) while she gyrated on the whale. Let's just say that it was rather, ahem, convincing. I found out later that the tandem that was on the load and grinning while this was goin on was the mayor's wife.
