Heard on the news that the storm has escalated to a "Class 4"-storm, whatever that means. Doesn't sound too nice. The winds have been reported at over 60m/s(http://www.convert-me.com)

Class 4 is pretty brutal, the biggest one in recent years was a class 5 that hit Honduras, Mitch- I think, 7 thousand dead, 8 thousand missing, a truly devastating wonder of nature.....

cat 5 winds 145 mph but thoes winds only extend out 45 miles from the center. we might get 70 mph winds here.
