slotperfect 7 #55 October 12, 2002 OK, so we had some weather yesterday!?!?! (Boy, did we ever). I have been living in Pinehurst for seven years and I have never seen that much standing water on the roads. We got a ton of rain yesterday from TS Kyle. I got up early to run this morning and also checked the ASOS at Laurinburg/Maxton Airport and Fayetteville Airport: as of right now (0649 EDT), L/M has 1500 overcast, Fayetteville has 1900 overcast. Weather.com shows partly cloudy and zero precip. That means this stuff will burn off eventually. There were too many maybe's for me to have a good count, so we're just gonna show up and go for it! See you there! Arrive Safely John
coconutmonkey 0 #56 October 12, 2002 HOOTIE-HOO! The Coconutmonkey Lounge n' Spa (or the Dragons Den when the R-Ds are in house) is open and running. Hot tube arrived Wed night courtosy of Neal Beverly's van and a serious Cannonball Run to pick up in Baton Rouge. Big 8 seater so the whole DZ.com jump crew should fit in with some lap sharing (oh, I HATE that!). See y'all there!Hearts & Minds 2 to the Heart- 1 to the Mind- Home of the Coconut Lounge, Spa, & Artillery Range
