Theres a good chance it could be noticed if someone shows up with a bunch of new stuff or stuff that they usually dont jump with. I'm sure Todd would probably keep an eye out for something like that. He had a mal and was getting a repack. Well.....the rigger hung the rig up on the rack along with all the student gear. My friend comes walking into the hangar looking for his rig and here goes some 20 jump wonder TOWARDS THE PLANE with his rig on. It had a Velocity 97 in it....
