MarkF 0 #1 October 18, 2002 Should get me a video camera some day... I live under the base of both Melbourne and Essendon airports when there's a north wind blowing. Today it was BLOWING big time. Gusting 70kts. Just had to turn on the scanner and listen to Melbourne and Essendon approaches. I've never heard so many missed approaches.
