Everyone here on the forums was supportive and shared their experiences having this procedure done. There are a lot of skydivers out there who have done it. My appointment is tomorrow (Friday) at 6 P.M. I am so excited!! This is where the money from the car accident settlement is going. hehe Good thing I already own a rig! Wish me luck and all that! riddler 0 #15 October 17, 2002 Lasik was the best thing that I ever did for myself. I went to a good doctor and had state of the art equipment. Actually, some of it was experimental - this doctor invents a lot of the equipment that they use in Lasik. Anyway, I'm at 20/15 in both eyes and I've never had any problems skydiving, scuba diving, mountain climbing or off-road biking. Well worth it!Trapped on the surface of a sphere.
