christoofar 0 #26 October 18, 2002 I don't take any supplements and jog outisde 5-10 miles 3 times a week to keep me from being too much of a lardbutt. I'm 6ft 155lbs so I can't complain. No muscular build... just your boring average guy. ____________________________________________________________ I'm RICK JAMES! Fo shizzle.
ernokaikkonen 0 #27 October 18, 2002 Depends. Sometimes I go jogging almost every day for a couple of months, then for the next few months I do nothing.
mujie96 0 #28 October 18, 2002 I do something every day or I feel lazy. When I'm training hard for triathlon season, which I will be all this winter, it seems like I don't do anything BUT work out. I used to lift 3-4 times a week also but I'm celebrating the fact that I never have to do another push up again so I've been way too slack about my upper body. Jess Just keep swimming...just keep swimming....
Sebazz1 2 #29 October 18, 2002 I do 12 to 16 ounce curls on a regular basis. My gut really show it too...
freeflir29 0 #30 October 18, 2002 Does packing and jumping count? I'm pretty much a lazy ass except for some push ups, flutter kicks, and sit ups now and again.
happythoughts 0 #31 October 18, 2002 I'm not sure if I'm out of shape or not, but after a good fart, I need a nap.

Jess I've kind of have a similar problem. I prefer to do lower body exercise, mostly b/c I used to play football and I didn't need much upper strength. Now after all these years my legs are way out of proportion compared to what I have above the waist and looks kinda funny. ____________________________________________________________ I'm RICK JAMES! Airhead 0 #33 October 18, 2002 I try to do yoga every AM- but honestly some days I practically haveta roll outa bed & hit the floor running & I'm out the door! But in addition to AM yoga I try to get in a good bike ride at least a coupla times a week, too. And occassional rough-housing with my 7-year old can really be work out too! indyz 1 #34 October 18, 2002 I need to. I really hated having gym every day in high school, but in the year and a half since I graduated I've gained fifteen useless pounds. D'oh.
Galen 0 #35 October 18, 2002 Used to train and do triathlons. Just started training for next year. Easing into it slowly. I had severe burn out a few years ago. Respect the Dolphin
SpeedRacer 1 #36 October 18, 2002 I work out sporadically, but when I do I never take any type of hormone-like supplements....Its dangerous to screw around with your natural hormone levels & excessive use can cause mood swings, hair loss, liver damage, and > GENITAL ATROPHY!!I like my 'nads to stay where they are, thank you! Creatine is different, of course, b/c it has nothing to do with hormones. Speed Racer --------------------------------------------------
freeflir29 0 #37 October 18, 2002 QuoteCreatine is different, of course, b/c it has nothing to do with hormones And it ACTUALLY WORKS!!! In fact it was the ONLY supp I ever tried that actually did have a huge effect on my lifting. Now, the bad part.....don't expect to run anywhere after taking creatine. All that extra water weight REALLY slows you down.
SpeedRacer 1 #38 October 18, 2002 yeah, but even with creatine, you gotta use some moderation...too much is hard on your kidneys. Speed Racer --------------------------------------------------

Snowbird 0 #44 October 18, 2002 Normally, I hit the gym 3-5 times a week. These days? Errrgh, nope. Been a long long time away, and I have to get back. I have no excuse, the office where I work is only two blocks away from two different gyms. I used to cycle 2-3 times a week, too, but my bike was run over and I haven't bought a new one. Other things to spend my money on... gear, jumps, beer... Fortunately, my skydiving diet has kept me from gaining weight. I've actually lost a bit this summer. It's a great diet: If I'm jumping, my appetite vanishes and doesn't come back for 2 or 3 days. No matter how hungry I get, I can't eat much at all! I have big intentions on getting a gym pass again, and also getting back into jiu-jitsu over the winter. I've been feeling slugish lately. flypunk 0 #45 October 19, 2002 wish my diet would work the same way... lets see jumping... beer... jumping.... beer... yup thats the weekend, I guess I need to start doing regular stuff like going to the gym, especially after seeing the poll ... JPA 0 #48 October 19, 2002 I run 10 miles 2-3 times a week and weight train the other days. Damn full time study has been slowing me down a lot though, some weeks I'm good, some weeks I'm a lazy fat arse!

flyhi 24 #50 October 19, 2002 I usually run before work (about 3 miles) and then, after a morning with the boss, I need to bike at lunch. That man has taught me to understand how work place violence occurs. Use to do more, but thanks to military medical, my knee should need it's second operation anytime now. Andros? I thought that was a Greek isle where women sunbathed topless? Which will also help those working on their hard bodies.Shit happens. And it usually happens because of physics.
