Slappie 9 #8 October 23, 2002 I noticed Monday there is a small problem with the chat. The Admins & Owners on Unitedchat.net have upgraded our servers with the newest version of our chat OpSys. It gives us better protection against violent attacks. DoSS, clones, open proxie attacks..ect.. We've noticed it's getting some of the java applets also. Working on a solution ASAP Hopefully by tonights Happy Hour I'll have a new link up or have gotten with HH about replacing the old applet he has up with one of our newest versions. It looks like a version caching conflict. Like I said we're working on it. If you get online an register a nickname it's yours as long as you use it or identify to it {login} once every 21 days. After the 21 days it's dropped from the Nickserv DBase an is available for registration again. I will see who owns Sunshine an see if it's an active user. I have Admin powers an can abuse them sometimes. Just ask AggieDave..
