Wed Morning I get to meet a mediator and my lovely X wife in the first round of defending myself and what is right for my children. Those that are my friends know I have been going thru hell over the last few weeks, now it's time to put all the cards on the table and let the chips fall where they may.
Thank You LittleJumper for all the help you've given with the legal work, it is most appreciated. Thanks JB for keeping that paperwork and for putting up with my hell over the years, you are truly a good friend. Thank you to all the rest of my friends who've given their support and ear, you will never know how much it meant.

I just got back and it's going as expected.... downhill.... Nothing is changing, My kids still live with full time. I can't speculate whatwhat the mediator recommends to the court (Nov 6) aside from a recommendation to appoint a special master. The mediator did say that there couldn't be any major change in custody without a special master in our case, so I guess that is a good thing.


In other words a few more weeks of hell
