You left off "local dirt track" racing. That stuff is the best, people putting together their own cars on a very tight budget and racing them at the local dirt track on Friday/Saturday nights. If you've never gone to one, you should, it is a blast!

i guess that could be lumped in with 'bubba cars'... i suppose i should have included sprint cars (outlaws and such), sports cars... the list could be endless!

I don't watch much racing on TV but if I do it's going to be Rally. That is pretty awesome to watch. Especially the in car camera.

The guys who do that get those things going really fast, over 60mph fast. That's freak'n cool when you really think about it.

I agree, those 4wheel drive-little-souped-up rice burners on snow/ice is pretty cool to watch (well, for a little while anyway). they take some serious chances.

I went with motocross. It's supposed to be the second most physically demanding sport. Right behind soccer of course.

I follow F1, WSB, MotoGP, and WRC, but I'll watch all sorts of racing if it's on. I like technologically driven stuff, though. NASCAR is the racing equivalent of pro wrestling (waits for the flames).

isn't drag racing the motorsports equivalent of premature ejaculation? j/k!!! i realize now that i left a few things out that should have been in there. i used to hang out at dragway park in cayuga, ontario a lot when i was a kid. a friend's dad owned all the timing gear. great fun! saw my first wet t-shirt contest there when i was about 10. it changed me forever!

Nice to see that the best racing is in the lead.

Motorcycle roadracing is definitely the most exciting of all. As a matter of fact, I'd like to take this opportunity to brag on my husband...see the attached picture.
