fastmartin2002 0 #1 November 1, 2002 society associates some sort of stigma to a person who has never been married whenever they reach a certain age. i speaking to those of us who are in our thirties and still single. it is as if people think something is wrong with u. me personally, i'm thirty three and sortof waiting for that pivatol age of thirty-five, and besides with one out of every two marriages ending in divorce why bother. just my 2 cents
skybytch 273 #2 November 1, 2002 I thought I wanted to get married when I was in my twenties. Now that I'm pushin' forty I'm less inclined to go down that path. I like the freedom of being single, I don't plan to have any more kids and I'm not sure I want to make the kind of commitment that is required to really make a marriage work. happythoughts 0 #4 November 1, 2002 By that age, you're supposed to be divorced with kids that hate ya. Of course, public sentiment may be right, there could be something wrong with you. Rub a $20 bill all over your head and send it to me. I will give you a psychic reading.
