Squeak 17 #704 October 24, 2002 umm yeah there is slightly more than four. I'vew finished AFF 6 (of 9) but also done 2 consolidation jumps so 8 in total. But the rig purchase won't be for about 3 months yet. On completion of my AFF course the DZ will give me 2 months free gear use, I I will have 6 weeks off to make the most of it. I jumped the Electra a couple of times, no complaints, even got a nice little swoop out of a 170. It's partly made of traditional fabric, so it's easier to pack than a canopy made completely out of ZP. The PD Silhouette is pretty similar, I think. Funny, though, if I'm talking with someone with an accent, I gotta really try hard not to start taking on an accent myself! Even in the US I start developing regional accents, fairly quickly. I live in the west central part of the lower peninsula(L.P.) of Michigan. Lots of scandinanvians live in the upper peninsula (U.P.) you know? It's really like it's own world there! Long winded, but 'edit profile' from the top bar doesn't take you to the right place.... O teh canopy thing, use your 'free gear' time to try a variety of canopy and harness combos. THis way you will be under the eagle eye of someone who knows you at your home DZ, and they will be able to advise.
