MarkF 0 #880 October 25, 2002 Quote A couple weekends ago, I went fishing (the things we do when there's no plane). It was overcast, so the thought of sunburn didn't even cross my mind. An entire day on the water? I looked like a pink racoon! And my nose peeled Ever noticed that fisherpersons (how's that for PC, eh??? ) are THE most optimistic people on earth. Next time you see someone fishing just ask 'em if they've caught anything. I bet the answer will be "not yet" with the implication that it's only a matter of time. I tried it along the Maribyrnong here and it was true in every case. The bit of the river where I was asking is a bit like a thinner version of the river Ahkh. It's got tanneries and soap factories 'n stuff so any fish from there would have to be a bit sus.. As far as sun screen goes... Living in the country with the highest incidence of skin cancer I'll stick to a big hat and SPF30+ thank you...Ooroo Mark F...

ernokaikkonen 0 #893 October 25, 2002 Well damn you, Nacmac! Umm, like, mine's better?Note the careful cropping, the fading of the background, and the adjustment of brightness/contrast to better bring out the essence, the soul of the puppy.
ernokaikkonen 0 #894 October 25, 2002 >I can't save it as a jpg/jpeg on my machine - it wants to be an html file Open the image, then right-click it and select "save image" or similar. If the browser suggests a name with an .html ending, just change it to .jpg and it should work fine.
