MarkF 0 #912 October 25, 2002 Quote why you won't jump till late january? is it the weather? Nah. Waaaaayyyyy back in this thread I mentioned that I had a bout of Ross River virus disease followed by a dose of chronic fatigue syndrome. Life, just about all recreation time anyway, went on hold for near on three years. I got off pretty lightly, RRV is documented to last between about 6 weeks and about 20 YEARS with CFS almost always following. RRV is a poly-arthritic arborvirus and is carried around by fucking mosquitos. One bite is all it takes... Late Jan. is when I turn fifty so I'm planning to treat myself to a decent brithday pressie and restart jumping. Before RRV I got to the last AFF jump before the hop 'n pop and had to stop.
