When did I become an addict? I can stop anytime I want, I really can. I guess I'm gonna have to start begging for change to pay my internet cafe bills because I lost my job due to internet abuse.

PS I still have a job but I did get written up for internet abuse a couple months back

And I quote, "This document is to formally notify you that you have been counseled on June 10, 2002 related to you accessing the Internet during working hours. You have been observed accessing the Internet for personal use during business/working hours and your position does not require you to access the Internet. This is considered an abuse of the Internet Access Policy and Code of Conduct. Be reminded you signed a Business Code of Conduct on March 6, 2002 and May 8, 2002 and signed the Internet & Email Policy Acknowledgement on April 19, 2002."

"Failing to cease access of the Internet and sustain from using the Internet will result in further disciplinary action, up to and including termination."

My work isn't even suffering. It'd be different if I wasn't doing my job but I work for the phone company, there is not much to do and if there is I get it done quickly and done well. Doesn't or didn't Clay work for the phone company? Look at how many posts he has
