umm... yeah...

If you actually came here looking for open wounds, I'll direct your attention to Rotten.com - You should find all the disgusting open wounds you care to look at (and them some) .... you sick freak.

:( Work won't let me open it. And I was really looking forward to feeling nauseated from something other than people's relationshipy stuff.
There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

That - and we jump all year round here.......:)

[hijack] except for the last 3 weeks of rain? How's come a bunch of folks from Spaceland showed up in Deland over the weekend, so they could actually jump!:)
Gretchen, what I've found to work in my many experiences with this, is to totally immerse yourself in something else -- what ever it is work, lifting, skydiving, skiing, rollerblading, what ever it is for you. keeps your mind off things and you're actually productive at the same time.:)

Thats what I'm trying to do. But work is killing all of that. I'm just not that busy here and I'm having a hell of a time keeping my mind off of him.
The good news is, I'm going to ZHills for a week in february, and when next season rolls around up here, I'll be TOTALLY off student status!
So maybe we can get up in the air...
WHen are ya gonna be at CK's again... You can't miss me now, I'm the little sad kid in the corner...

good question, not sure when I'll be back around there -- maybe Christmas time? maybe an outside chance of Thanksgiving, but I'm thinking of staying in FLorida. (part of me wants to go up, the other part says -- 40 way sequential invitation!!!!)

pssst...Gretchen...
you're sig line contradicts your last post...I will definately agree with you on the fact that relationships are a pain in the ass and can really suck sometimes, especially now.
On an interesting side note, got a call from a friend in Il. It seems that an old g/f has now been divorced for over a year and is actively trying to track me down, but they won't give her my info. She tells them that she "made a mistake". Maybe she did, maybe I didn't since I'm having the time of my life...

Having a relationship end is very hard. Schedule some girl time with friends. Go shopping (leave checkbook/credit cards/etc. at home ;)). Take a candlelight bath with relaxing music and a glass (or two) of wine. Schedule a spa day. And, allow yourself to cry. Find time to enjoy being you...time for yourself to go do things that you may not have done with the ex.

It is rough and takes time, but you will one day feel better and will actually contemplate another relationship.

If you need a shoulder to cry on, feel free to contact me. I may not be close but I can listen.

Life is short! Break the rules! Forgive quickly! Kiss slowly! Love truly, Laugh uncontrollably. And never regret anything that made you smile.

Tequila is good. Here is my recipe. Find a person of the opposite sex (my recipe, it's up to you). Get a bottle of tequila. Drink it while telling dirty jokes. By the end of the bottle: they will be better looking, you will be funnier, your self-esteem will be restored, you will have been laid, you will be too drunk to remember what your problems were.:o
Optional items - bottle of baby oil and twister game.:)
