novacaine 0 #1 November 15, 2002 My computer crashed last night while I was typing out a report for a client. Now nothing works. So I thought I'd reformatt the hard drive, since everything is backed up already. Problem is the recovery disc is asking for the serial key numbers. I can't find this in the manual.
