AggieDave 6 #26 November 21, 2002 Yeah, Cleo is out of business, I don't know if you kept up with the court cases about her or not, but yup, she's gone after screwing thousands of people out of nearly a billion (yes, with a B) dollars.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." Skyrose7 0 #27 November 21, 2002 when me and my friends were younger, like junior high, we used to put eachother in trances. I guess it was kind of like hypnosis. We really didn't know what the hell we were messing with. I know it worked though. We told one girl that butter was ice cream and she ate it and loved it. The same girl slurped a raw egg off the floor. Another girl attacked me and told me she was going to kill me.ONe girl started freaking out and said she was burning. Then, for the rest of the night she sat in the corner upset. I think that was when we stopped. It was all really interesting. YOu could tell who was faking and who was not. I did ouja board twice. First time it told me I couldn't play. The second time it told me "virgin will die now" wonderful. That was almost four years ago. I think all this stuff is really interesting.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The mind is like a parachute--it works better when it is open. JUMP. MaryRose

Snowbird 0 #29 November 21, 2002 Quote anyone else doubt when the secrets of the universe will be revealed to a product made by parker brothers? Exactly! I had a board, and just laughed at it. The thing with my tarot card reading, was that she didn't ask any questions. I introduced myself, we shook hands, she shuffled the deck and launched in to it. The ONLY thing she knew was that I had some sort of tie to skydiving. It was a bunch of us dz gals who got together for an evening of readings, but she didn't know which of us jumped, and which of us didn't. By the time she offered to channel for me, I was too upset and freaked out. Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea. -Robert A. PLFXpert 0 #30 November 22, 2002 Ha ha ha...I doubt it, as well, but like I said, I believe in possibilites...it was freaky that one time and neither my best friend or I were moving it...for those who believe in spirits, etc (and I'm not saying I do, I believe in the possibility) then I don't see why they wouldn't be able to use a product made by Parker Brothers?I also believe in the power of the human mind. I have done some crazy things w/ my mind just by putting all my energy and focus into one thing. Light as a Feather, Stiff as a Board never worked except that one time and that one time was enough to convince me! It was NUTS. Paint me in a corner, but my color comes back.
