Full sets?=squats:8 reps & 8 sets, then leg sled to710 then leg curls then 4 sets for calves....right?( & go till faliure with leg extension naturally)?

OMG!! I saw the topic an about fell outa my chair. All I can say.. The image was enough!

I read the newspaper to see where some "Health nut" who works out everyday only eats good stuff, doesn't drink, smoke.. ect.. an kicks the bucket while driving to the Juice Bar. While a person like me smokes, drinks and eats whatever he likes, generaly enjoying life.. lives into his 80's.. Just doesn't make sense to me sometimes.. Why do all those things to keep oneself "fit" when I'm not over weight, nor unhealthy. I just do as I wish.

i ran 10 miles the other day for the first time in 8 months, and did'nt stretch afterwards... went to sleep fine, when i woke up i could'nt walk for 2 days, gimped everywhere....

Accelerate hard to get them looking, then slam on the fronts and rollright beside the car, hanging the back wheel at eye level for a few seconds. Guaranteed reaction- Dave Sonsky

just started fencing again..after nearly 8 years off.

they have a great salle in Seattle, several national champions currently train there

so of course i jump back in and attempt some of the training routines i did in college (when i was competing nationally) oow ow ow ow ow

my legs feel like they are about to collapse every time i walk upstairs.
