Well I owe BEER!I made my 1st and yes I said FIRST solo jump today.It was a truly awesome feeling.I only got to make 2jumps today because the winds decided I had had enough even though I felt differant.Oh well I'm off this weekend.So,guess where I'll be this weekend.

Actually today was the most relaxed I have been since starting aff.you can look back at the posts and see some of the nerve problems I was having.Thanks to all the guys at the DZ,with their help I was able to overcome that prob and relax a little.now I can't wait till next weekend.

Hee hee hee. I will have to definately check them out!!! I have the exact same problem. I just passed stage two in taf on saturday, and for the first 2000ft (what..that's roughly 10secs, if I remember correctly)
I forgot to breathe...because I had sensory overload, STILL! dammit

Congrats Clint. I know the excitement you must be feeling because I was there too not that long ago. I'm likely going to come down to Canon City one more weekend before the year is out and maybe we can meet up then. Any idea as to what weekends the Caravan will be running at SDTR in December?

I believe Bob said the van is there on the 1st,2nd and 4th weekend every month.Come on down.I met Wingnut today and even got a meal out of it.Look forward to see you there.I'll be there this weekend for sure.I should be there on Sunday around 9 or 10 depending on what traffic is like when I get off work.
