SpeedRacer 1 #75 December 5, 2002 wine & beer, I switch back & forth. A good cheap, dry red wine: Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon. I also like a good Aussie Shiraz. Of course I like beer too, but I mostly drink my own homebrew now. Right now in the fridge I've got: 1) a nice crisp blonde ale, very much like a good lager. 2) an outrageously-hopped India Pale Ale, (which I dry hopped so it smells like hops blossoms while you drink it) 3) a hearty, rich Irish Stout And I've got a lightly-spiced Christmas Ale, still ageing in the basement.Yep, been a while since I've actually bought beer at the store!!
