LouDiamond 1 #110 December 6, 2002 Saw some pretty good ones so far. I can't believe I haven't seen more votes for American Psycho, lock stock and two smoking barrels, Fight club,Scarface, boiler room, Killing Zoe, way of the gun, Army of darkness, DUNE, and Blade runner. No film collection is complete without the Reservoir dogs....."First things fucking last"...."I don't believe in tipping". The first 5 minutes of Res Dogs is classic, especially the Madonna interpetation by Tarintino. OH yeah...can't forget Blazing saddles "It's just skydiving..additional drama is not required" Some people dream about flying, I live my dream SKYMONKEY PUBLISHING
jceman 1 #111 December 6, 2002 Quote>Dark Star (Sci-fi comedy) Contains one of the classic arguments in science fiction, between a controller and a bomb. "Now, you wouldn't want to detonate with false information, would you?" Some other classic lines: "So don't give me any of that sentient life crap. Find me something I can blow up." "I hereby name this star Fred." Now why am I not in the least bit surprised the Quade and Billvon would be the two to mention Dark Star? The only movie I've ever seen that had no less than eight (that's right, eight!) people playing the role of Sgt. Pinback. The beachball alien. "Let there be light!" Faster horses, younger women, older whiskey, more money. Why do they call it "Tourist Season" if we can't shoot them?

Zenister 0 #114 December 6, 2002 QuoteQuote"Rocky Horror Picture Show" Oh, it absolutely IS a classic and did you realize that it's one of the highest boxoffice films of all time? Ok, that's mainly due to the fact it's been playing almost non-stop for over 20 years, but still! I saw this one in Seoul last time i was there..with a live action cast doing LOTS of the parts in english over the movie.. i thought i was going to die from lack of oxygen...korean accents and rocky horror dialogue.. i still have giggle fits thinking about it..____________________________________ Those who fail to learn from the past are simply Doomed.
