novacaine 0 #1 December 7, 2002 I'm just a little bit curious to know how many people out there suffer from insomnia like me? For the last few weeks I haven't been able to sleep. Since Monday Dec 2 I've only had 11 hours of sleep. Anyone know what I can do/take to help me sleep??

Be Safe........... be pacing up and down at 3am I have done a fair bit of exercise before going to bed. I've even tried doing the exercises on morning TV to see if I can sleep in the morning...nothing has worked. I even went for a 4 hour scuba dive yesterday (Friday). Yet, I'm still not tired... It won't work on the first try, but it can really help. Get a tape and try during the day, then do it at night. Also, could you have sleep apnea? Wendy W. Corona is not necessary of course Or,,, Stick your head in a bucket of water 3 times and take it out twice.. That works for everything.. Usually I am awake until my body is forced into a dreamless coma from sleep deprivation.....then, I get great sleep. Probably not the healthiest thing ever...J
 novacaine 0 #13 December 8, 2002 Quote findout WTF is stressing you out and KILL IT!thatll make you tired It is often easier to say such things then to actually figure out what this striss might be...or for that matter solve the problems. The biggest striss for me right now is not working. I've been w/o work for 4 weeks now. And then to top things up its the Christmas season. Never really liked this time of year. So I guess the striss in my life is not being able to work. Sure I can get a pt job working in some store for Christmas...but then I'm back looking for work after the New Year.
