Favorite drinking game!

Chandeliers! (A variation of Quarters)
Everyone starts has a designated Glass about 1/4 full of Beer and there is a Full Glass that goes in the center. Everyone’s Glass is circled around the Center Glass. If someone bounces a Quarter into your Glass, you have to drink. If someone bounces into the Center glass, Everyone Drinks and the last one to finish their drink also has to drink the Full Center Glass also. If you make 3 shots in a row you get to make a rule.

Some of the more interesting Rules:
1. Pronoun rule - No Pronouns. If someone uses a pronoun they must drink the center glass. (This is the hardest rule to follow I have ever seen)

2. Thumb Master - Someone is designated as Thumb Master, Every time they put a thumb on the table, everyone else must do so as well. Last one to get their Thumb down has to drink.

3. Drinking Buddy Rule. Every time you have to drink you get to pick someone to drink with you.

4. Strip Rule – If you have to drink, you get to pick someone to remove one article of clothing. (Variation that makes for interesting strategy when Combined with Drinking Buddy Rule as the Drinking Buddy is the one to pick who has to remove an article of clothing. You pick your drinking buddies very carefully)

5. Tea Pot Rule - Every time you have to drink you pick someone to stand up and sing the "I am a little Tea Pot" Song. (Very amusing after Strip rule has been in place for a while)

anyone played Truth or dare Jenga? that is pretty fun. It says on there that it is a family game. What family swaps items of clothing and removes other items of clothing? Not so much a drinking game, but the game you play AFTER the drinking game. Should I bring it to ELOY?

HeeHee....my sister gave me plain old Jenga while I was in college ('95?) and we wrote on the pieces to create DRINKING jenga....with "take a drink" pieces, "give a drink" as well as several dare type things......I love that they now MAKE drinking Jenga and sell it as a family game.

When I taught sixth graders, they played a card game called "Gofer"...the rules were EXACTLY the same as the drinking game I call "Asshole", except we didn't drink...it was just about the power and prestige of being president. It was hard not to laugh every time I played with them.....;)

It showed up at the DZ on a wind day a while back. I didn't play, but it was fun to watch.

Played one night years ago, with the exotic (what a term) dancer I was dating, a buddy from work and the 2 dancers who were his roomates, it was interesting to say the least and not something that the new Respectable Quatorze Rodriguez would ever do again:)

Geek Drinking Games

Bizz-Buzz. Count starting from one, except you say "bizz" for every multiple of 5, and "buzz" for every multiple of seven, and of course, "bizz-buzz" for every multiple of both five AND seven. Drink if you miss one.

There were also some Star Trek drinking games, everyone drank if Pikard said "Engage", stuff like that. I don't remember all the things...

You forgot that the direction of teh game reverses every time a bizz is given and that numbers with multiples require a bizz response (ie 11,22,33...):P

You can't really get away with calling this one a game, cause there is not forfits or anything but it's really good for getting really really pissed.

Me and four of my friends played it last summer in the afternoon before a dinner party...boy that was a bad idea!!!!

It's called Centurian and it's too the death!!

All you need is a timer( count down form 1 minute!) a large supply of bear....and you do get through it!! and a shot glass or something slighly larger, depending on how quickly you want to get wreaked, for each player.

Idea is each polayer takes a shot of beer every minute when the timer goes off! Simple as that!

As the time goes on that 1 minute starts to feel like 30 seconds and so on..

Additions to the game include, find the peg, thumbs, and extreme bollocks!

Find the peg = someone puts a peg on someone and then if the player doesn't find the peg before they pegger calls out "Find the peg! Find the peg" they have to take another drink!

Thumbs = usual thumbs game!

Extreme Bollocks = Every minute of the centurian game was alternated between each player ( in a circle!) where that had to carry on a very stange and imaginative story for the minute, at the end of the mintues the player normally twists the story that much that the next player ( normally trying to think ahead) is left with a mad situation for the story to comtinue on!

The fun stops when everyone is laughing that much they can't get back onto the picnic bench, the timer is not set, drinks are not refilled, participants are spuing, the beer runs out, other sober friend arrive and start taking the piss, or like us, all of the above and then we go out for a meal in a resteraunt for a 21st burthday.. Nuf said, sore stomach mussles from laughing so much the next day!!

Ahhh, drinking games.

I've found that the ideal drinking game has two qualities: (1) it gets people drunk; and (2) it gets people a bit angry.

Hence, "Dammit Darts" is ideal. Each person picks a number on the board. That person must hit his/her number 5 times to get out of the game. Each time the number is hit, beer is drunk.

However, if another person hits your number, that is another beer. So, if you pick "13" and you hit your number once, now you only need to hit it four times. But if someone else hits it, back to five.

The game gets harder as drunkennes sets in. It lasts long, too. And the players get angry, too.

Just make sure you play it with happy drunks.

As an avid dart player, it has never ceased to amaze me that bars will give people alcoholic beverages, and then sharp metal objects that they're supposed to throw!

Not that I don't enjoy a nice dark beer while I'm throwing, but still... It seems obvious to me that this is asking for trouble!
