New Rig

Went to the DZ today and thought I was going to get to jump but the winds were up all day.Any way while waiting I was told by the DZO that my rig was in and was in the process of being put together.I felt like a kid waiting for x-mas.every time the rigger would come down from the loft I was looking for my present.well.I finally got!!I can't wait till I get to try it out.It'll still be a few jumps befroe I get to try it cause the dzo recommends that I jump the dz gear for the next few jumps since I just came off student status and am working on the last few items for my A.So,I'll listen to his recommendation even as hard as that is.It's sitting across from me right now and I can hear it whispering "jump me,jump me! you now you want it."Hopefully I can get everything done and jump it next weekend.It's a Dolphin w/a spectre 230 main and a PD 218 res.RSL and of course a brand new cypres.I can't wait..........WOO HOOOOO!!!!!!

Um....can I "Borrow" your rig...I'll give it right back. I'd rather have a new infinity but when I have a rig I can call my own, I will be a very very happy man.

I can totally relate. I just picked up my new rig from the dz today with a fresh repack and all the trimmings. She is a virgin and has never been jumped. I planned on jumping this weekend or this week, but it looks like it is going to rain all week. So....

I think I am going to pack it up and "Test" it out in Raeford next week..hehe

Sorry Byron people, you won't get to taste any of my beer for the first jump on the new rig unless the skies miraculously clear up tomorrow.

What an awesome feeling it is to be off student status and have your own rig! The first time this summer that I arrived at the dz with my own gear was an amazing day. Congrats, and enjoy

Congretlations,i also got me a new rig(this is my b-day and cristmas gift year 02).

I just got it yesterday
Now ill just have to wait to be back in buisness again..
