Where to make first jump?

I am currently suffering from the plague I hear everyone speak of known as WHUFFO. I have found the cure! I am going to jump! The Question I have is, Where should i jump? I am looking for the best place to make my first jump and travelling is not an issue. I live near the Legend and have a lot of friends there. Does anyone have any good reason to travel to distant locales to make my first jump?
