jfields 0 #26 December 17, 2002 Quote you keep that wee minx away from my angel! Whatever! Calum is probably plotting how to get into the girls' diapers already. I also think the cute baby competition would end up a draw. Calum would sweep the boy's category and Lucy would clean up among the little girls. (How irritatingly PC is it that I've proposed a solution where both babies win?) They grow up really fast. Lucy is sitting up on her own. She does it in the most hysterical way. I think it is kind of unusual. She gets on her hands and feet, and walks her feet forward until her butt is sticking way up in the air. Then she plops straight backwards into a sitting position. She moves all over the floor even though she hasn't officially crawled yet. I'm not sure your boy could resist her latest talent though... Lucy can pucker her lips and make kissing sounds. I better get my boyfriend-beater baseball bat ready, huh? In the last week, Lucy had two teeth come in. In addition to breast milk (still going) and baby food, she has eaten pancakes, pasta, Cheerios, bananas, sponge cake and a few other things. If you look at it in baby terms, her streak is approaching Cal Ripken's in magnitude. 7 months, 3 weeks, and she has still slept through every single night since birth. nacmacfeegle 0 #27 December 17, 2002 "she has still slept through every single night since birth" You will never know how lucky you are! "Calum is probably plotting how to get into the girls' diapers already." LMAO, he hasn't figured out how to get his own ones off yet.. Lucy will always the 'older woman' to Calum.. But fret not, he has twin redhead cousins who are about 6 months older, and I'm sure those gals will torture him as he grows up... -------------------- He who receives an idea from me, receives instruction himself without lessening mine; as he who lights his taper at mine, receives light without darkening me. Levin brought me a Dachshund/Chihuahua (homeless) and its going to have PUPPIES. Flea Flyer is Daddy. Kids, I swear you look away for one minute and kazam they are into something. I had to go and get Trail Mix (Levins Cat) at the neighbors at 3am. She is not suposed to be outside. You dont have to worry about Calum sneaking out of the house until he is about 16. ~AirAnn~
