Just a little too late for Xmas

Well, tonight I finally got my family's gifts wrapped, boxed, and ready to go. So I go to the post office to get it in the mail to the other side of the country, and it'll be over $120 to have it there on Tuesday. Quite a bit more than I'd thought, but it's Xmas, they've gotta be there. So I suck it up over the thought of 4 jumps in AZ pissed away cause I was late finishing shopping, and hand her my card. 'Sorry sir, our debit is down'. The only other option that fit the cash in my wallet was 9 working days, and the place was closing in 5 minutes. It wasn't gonna be there by Xmas anyways so I went with the 9 days, which means my family's stuff won't be there untill after New Years, and half of them won't even be in the same province that day!!!
