The distribution technology is Flash, which is easily accessible to most anyone. But the execution is fabulous. Whoever put this together is talented both in video production and Flash. I'm really impressed! Yes, it's a LOT of work to do this. I didn't hang out long enough to see how they're making money. Perhaps it was a portfolio piece. Maybe just a labor of love like dz.com.
