Gawain 0 #2 December 22, 2002 I don't think anyone here will remember this, or even if you could, you probably didn't hear this at the time and think I'm on crack...anyway...Years ago...decades ago...my family was on a trip to Cape Cod. My sister must've been 8, I was 12...it was around the time that Chevy introduced their "Astro" minivan and my sister was singing the tacky ads from TV all the way up..."Chevy, Chevy...Astro Astro" ...then on the way back, she caught the Ford Aerostar bug and started alternating the damn songs..."Chevy, Chevy...Astro Astro, Aerostar, Aerostar"... My sister had many bruises on her arm from me warning to stop...whereas I got the belt when we got home... Today, it's a terrible reminder and a joke of how two absolutely terrible commercials and jingles plagued my family when I was young.... So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light!
