Now according to the size chart small is like 21-22" but I think someone forgot to tell the guys making them that. This helmet is SMALL, I mean beetle juice small or child small. If anyone out there falls into that category let me know and I'll bring it with me to Eloy or send it to you. The Nvertigo, Nvertigo X and Hurricane helmets all run real small and seem to fit "slim" faces best. When someone is "on the edge" of sizing for those I always recommend going a size bigger - i.e. if you're 22" exactly then I'd have tried to sell you a medium, not a small.
