skybytch 273 #26 December 26, 2002 I'm going to finally, after all these years, do my 1000th jump in 2003. Quit smoking, then buy backpacking equipment and spend many happy days this spring and summer exploring the many wilderness areas of southern California. FallingILweenie 0 #27 December 26, 2002 1. To get 400 jumps in 2003. 2. To keep the aforementioned resolution. That is all.

phatcat 0 #30 December 27, 2002 Hmm, I don't limit myself to New Year's Day to make goals for myself. I understand the idea of "A new year, a new life", but really, how quickly is it forgotten? Plus, I'm sure I'm not the only one who, later in a given year, thinks "Yeah, I'm going to change this and that AFTER THIS YEAR" Not to sound negative, but I think New Year's resolutions are untrustworthy crutches for making yourself a better person. Of course, that may be a product of my shamefully pitiful willpower
