Zhills jumpers...

Recommended Posts

Could one/any/all of you do me a favor? There is a group of "yankees" from Ohio thats camped out on the DZ right now (Wildblue, Vallerina, Cajun, etc...). About 3-4 this morning would one of you kindly either tear their tent down with them in it or blow your car horn right next to their tent?

Thanks....
Very cold and wet in Ohio. (And sick of hearing how nice the weather is there from them >:()

To make you feel better, Phree, storms are brewing over Central FL right now. Most of the fun jumpers aren't jumping because winds are gusting at 20+. There are possible tornado warnings for tonight, and they say we're going to have massive thundershowers.

No problem, I am a greenie after all. Besides, I'm not jumping the rest of the week, so it's fine with me if it rains. ;)

Did a helicopter load with Kevin922 and Jumpergirl. Did 3 more jumps with Vallerina.

Was by their tent around 10 last night. Seth had cooked up some hotdogs, hamburgers, and baked beans on the grill. Quite tasty. We ate and then went to the bar for all the free beer that kept being stacked up, one case after the next, for all the first-time helicopter jumpers. 3 night helicopter loads and 2 otter loads. It was after 11 and there was still more free beer.

Tonights NY eve party is fireworks and a prime-rib dinner at the dz. I'll let them know that you were concerned for their welfare. ;) It's not all great weather here. Today has been windy and overcast, and a little too warm.
