Muenkel 0 #3 January 7, 2003 JT, The feeling after you go to the gym is the best. Prior to this winter, I was going every other day without fail. Lately, I have become a total slug and feel like a chunky. Anyway, sometimes you will have to drag your lazy ass, but when you get the blood pumping it is going to feel great. Good luck to you. Gotta love endorphins. _________________________________________ Chris

I try to go before work at 6:30 am - it gets me ready for the day. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..." I have been there a couple of times to deliver my money to the casinos, but to live there? I never thought about it. Wherez the DZ? Is it a good one? Freeflyers? KawiZX900 0 #20 January 8, 2003 ran from my condo, to the beach 2 miles, then down the beach to the cliffs, another 2 miles and then along the parade of 3 million dollar homes and back up into the hills, then doubled back and went home. 12 miles total give or take a few hundred yards. checked it in my car. felt real good.. now i need to actually use my gym membership for the whole upper body thing, Accelerate hard to get them looking, then slam on the fronts and rollright beside the car, hanging the back wheel at eye level for a few seconds. jtval 0 #21 January 8, 2003 I did 15 miles once when WHEN i WAS ABOUT 10 YEARS YOUNGER! I walked somewheres about 30 miles in one day when i was in australia! I walked from the syndey harbour cove to king cross 6 times. but no using the same route. it started as a day of trying to book the brigde climb, realizeiing i left my money at the hotel then I hadda meet some swiss chick i met back at the cove b/c I though i was gonna be in the area! then after i left from her I walked back to shower before going on the bridge climb. I did the bridge climb and walked back through the park( i forgot the name I' dhave to look in my travel journal!) all this in the day before my 28th birthday! my kidneys hurt from walking some much! so I slept in that day....til 9am! I had to make it to the dz in picton just in tiem to watch the rain come down! turns out I wasnt the only birthday person there. a tandem had a birthday jump before the weather sucked. I still had a great birthday! My photos My Videos

narcimund 0 #24 January 8, 2003 QuoteI walked somewheres about 30 miles in one day when i was in australia! My longest walk was from Reed College to the Reed College Ski Cabin on Mt Hood. That's 58 miles split evenly over two days (29 miles per day). The last 10 miles are something like 9% grade, too. It was totally worth it just for the excercise and air and being outdoors for two days. But even better was a bike ride back DOWN the mountain. My longest bicycle ride in a day is 140 miles. Whew. Whew. see I can appreciate that. sometimes you just gotta say fuck it and do some cool shit. but make sure youre sonber when you do it. I walked home drunk one day when I was in south georgia...5 miles I ended up saying "FUCK it" and slept for a few minutes on the sidewalk around the 1 mile area(if even that far into my trek) the cops whowoke me up werent happy but I talked my way out of a RIDE IN THEIR CAR. walked home the rest of the way and caught a bird while I was relieving myself on the side of a building....I knew no one would believe me so I carried it home in my hand for the remainder 3/4 miles(or there about) there are two ppl who WITNESSED this and alot of them the were there to here the story! unfortunat;ley none of them jump!My photos My Videos
