I lucky got a small bonus. some of the ppl who actually work 12 hours a day 7 days a week in the hot sun and cold snow get MORE INCENTIVE to stay! I took a new job within the company in October and got a 10% raise - so that kind-of makes up for not getting the year-end. I really want the bonus. Without it I won't get to go on a vacation this year. Last year I spent the bonus money on a trip to Hawaii and California!
