Our main selling point is our technology driven methodology for managing investment portfolios based on quantitative analysis. Well...I'm the guy who supports all the computers that run that technology so I have to give them a shpiel on our system, backup and disaster recover processes, etc. Don't have a problem with that, but these aren't tech people so I have to dumb it down and basically make it sound impressive while being completely honest and informative.
