remember tight rolling your jeans was"cool"
or anything acid washed

If we are talking about the same things - we called that "pegging" your pants - looked best when paired with colored socks and high top sneakers. HAHAHAHA. I'm going to have to dig up a picture of me like that... I was not born in the 80's - but 1978 - so I was just entering my teenage years as the 80's came to a close. But, I think a lot of th 80's spilled over into the early 90's.

Och you young things, I finished college (degree equivalent) and started working as a 'real' engineer in '84.

You wore your Izod shirt with the collar up.

Haha, I bet I could find a picture of me with that look! I was such a preppy girl, my copy of "The Preppy Handbook" was well worn. Does anyone remember using acornyms like, "she's NOKD"? My parents never had to worry about my dress when I went out, because my entire wardrobe consisted of chinos, izod shirts, and button-down oxford shirts. Then I would add the very sexy docksiders (with no socks!) and skinny headband to complete the look. When I wanted to go really wild, I would throw on a rugby shirt! :P

Hmmm, if you went to school in the 60s and grew up in the 70s, how could you remember the 70s? B|

Oh, you were one of the "straights", huh?

If I can find em, sure!

My size has changed a bit since high school though....used to be 28-29 inch waist with a 34 inch inseam, now the waist is up to 30-31 inches....Same weight though, 155-160 pounds for the last 15 years.:P

Hah! You suck! I graduated in '82 - the year that ruled all other years.

Yeah, back then I would have been envious of you at being older than me. Now, I'll just stick out my tongue and say, "haha, you're going to be a POP'S member before I will!" ;)

After awhile you start counting in hex, or reminding people that you were only 8 when you graduated from high school. And, of course, you don't ever HAVE to join POPS (I haven't gotten around to it yet).

The difference between then and now is if I had one of your rugby shirts on now, I probably wouldn't bother to have anything on underneath! ;)

Actually, I was supposed to graduate in '83, but for some odd reason they thought I was really smart so they had me skip 6th grade. I turned 17 a month before graduation. :S

That was me with the mid-late eightys. If I didn't have my notes and pictures, I'd have a hell of a hard time telling you what I did. I was a baaaaad boy!
