jumperconway 0 #1 January 21, 2003 Anyone can say that they are an association with no affiliation and the poor WUFFO public doesn't know any better. I vote that we start the "U.S. Conway approved Skydiving Association" so that I can start bilking dropzones out of jump tickets for ME!
airtwardo 7 #2 January 21, 2003 Any ideas as to what can be done? Perhaps a "The National Skydiving assoc. is crap! " page that would come up along with theirs when searched?! ~ If you choke a Smurf, what color does it turn? ~

We have PIA and the DZOA, Roger has the WSA, this guy has the NSA, why not start your own association? You could sell membership cards for $5!
BoobieCootie 0 #4 January 21, 2003 Heck with starting another association. We've already got DZ.com. Membership is free. Tonnes of boobies in the forum. Post whore all you want. Just remember to make a donation to HH at least once a year, and Bob's your uncle!

Did you know a good many of the DZ's listed on the "NSA" site have no clue what the NSA is? Ben and Cary created that site to funnel even more SE USA business to Cedartown. Deceptive business practices are all the rage at Cedartown. I f I had only the word of mouth to go by, about the awsome staff, facilities, and airlift that Cedartown offers, it would be on my "must stop by and jump" list. As it stands, I will never set foot on the grounds of that place, if only for the practices of the owners. It's your life, live it! kevin922 0 #7 January 21, 2003 What pisses me off (i just found out about this over the weekend) is when you search for mississippi skydiving it comes up with this website which sure does look like it is advertising for a DZ in misssissippi.. well being the webmaster for the only dz in MS (gold coast) i know this website isn't an ad for that dz... get to looking more and it's "Adventure Skydiving" certified "NSA" staff. I took it upon myself to register nationalskydiving.com and nationalskydivingassociation.com so that I can put the word out that the NSA is a scam. This just pisses me off.. so deceptive. If anyone has the time to make a website for these domains let me know. Kevin

They will tell you that THEY are the AUTHORIZED DZ for your area. I wish they would come get their crashed up airplane. jlmiracle 7 #12 January 21, 2003 FYI - when you call, try to use a pay phone or a long distance calling card because they have caller id. Also, I believe the only DZ open in MS is Moss Point, Yazoo City would be closer to Jackson, but I'm not sure if they are open. riddler 0 #13 January 21, 2003 I like the donation page, but $25 for a case of beer is pretty high. I only pay $10 for the good stuff. Is beer that much more expensive in the homeworld of HH?Trapped on the surface of a sphere. XKCD
