BPA AGM

Recommended Posts

Bloody good night! :)
Have to say how much I enjoyed the doo. Not sure that I'm feeling my best today, but hey.
Having just got back from Elsinore on Monday, myself and a whole buch of us Brits were depressed and on a downer.
Last night really cheered me up. It was lovely to see so many people from our DZ (Hinton) and some of the people that were also out in Elsinore/Perris (Sibson croud).
Hope everyone enjoyed themselfves as much as I did.
Steve really should be employed as a bouncer. He had me in stitches . . . . . 'Excuse me sir, your not wearing a tie, I'm affraid that you can't come in'.
YES . . My Legend is no longer a myth. I finally (after 6 months) got my Atom Legend today and it's wicked. I'm so happy.
Have fun

A very funny night indeed with lots of little bits and pieces which, scarily, keep filtering back in....If anyone wants to enlighten me as to my activities between the hours of 10 and 2 I'd be most grateful.....
Will - so you are alive?

The AGM is usually a rockin' day/nite....I had to forego the experience this year as I am 'stuck' in Texas, tuff choice eh??;).
Missed catching up on all my far flung friends though....
If there are any newbie Brits out there that have never been, I would heartily recommend it. Hell I used to have to travel from Aberdeen for the occasion. That's one helluva long drive home on the sunday!
BSBD= blue skies, black death, its kind of like saying have fun but stay safe.
Cya at Hinckley next year?

Just one thing....anyone know who it was that I heard shagging LOUDLY in the ladies' loo at around midnight? The after-shag conversation was also overheard and went along the lines of,
'You know, I don't even know you and will probably never see you again' (a female voice).
Class.

Oh yes, for those of you who don't know - Maria Russell (Gatling Gob) won the BPA student of the year award (thank god there was no acceptance speech ;)). And it was announced that a friend of mine (and BenW's) - Al Hodgson has been awarded the Royal Aero Club bronze medal. Everybody was really pleased about this. Al was the world's first double amputee to do AFF. He now has about 240 jumps and has both his FS1 and FF1 licenses. (and he drinks like a fish and has an evil sense of humour! :)Will

Not wishing to correct Hinton's Great Spotter but I was on Al's 500th a few weeks back! I'm also told he's going to be one of Steve Newman's Bullet Freefly School Bitches (ie instructor), presumably over the summer when things pick up.
