peckerhead 0 #1 January 26, 2003 Your first JUMP? Actually this was my 3rd jump, we did not have any cameras available for the first 2.

peckerhead 0 #3 January 26, 2003 Ivan, you got 10 jumps and 900 posts. My shoes have more jumps than you! Skydiving did not begin when you started jumping, if indeed you have actually made a jump. Live long and prosper!

wingnut 0 #7 January 26, 2003 Quotewe did not have any cameras available for the first 2 as in they hadn't been invented yet??? lol, j/k...... i remeber my first jump...s/l outa a 182....... almost 5 years ago...now they seem to blur together..unless something special happens....like my cutaway, helo jump, ballon jump, naked jump,.....or ones where i take out the formation really good.....lol...... ______________________________________ "i have no reader's digest version"
mujie96 0 #8 January 26, 2003 Yes I remember but the one I will never, ever, ever, ever forget was the one where my jumpmaster let me go and I got to fly on my own for the first time ever. I had the biggest, dumbest grin on my face ever and I remember him laughing at me. I only have 130+ jumps now but I think that this memory will always put the same smile on my face Just keep swimming...just keep swimming....
jessd 0 #9 January 26, 2003 My first was only last August - I remember feeling like I was going to get sick the whole time. "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away..."
lippy 918 #10 January 26, 2003 I remember the j/m telling me to get out, and me telling myself not to think about letting go, just about climbing out (cause I knew once I got out I wasn't getting back in). Then climbing out, hanging from the C-206, and not too much after that. Didn't get any pics from the early days, that was money I could spend on more jumps I got nuthin
AggieDave 6 #11 January 26, 2003 That's either a 182 with a 6" lift and big tires or you're one short mofo! We have a '56 182 (with the taller landing gear) and I can *just* barely fit under the wing with out having to duck.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." peckerhead 0 #12 January 26, 2003 That is 68 Charlie, the best climbing 180 tail dragger in the northwest. Some whuffos that hated skydivers broke into it one night and doused it with fuel and burned it to the ground.... The dickheads have never been caught or prosecuted. These stupid fuckheads broke into it even though it was UNLOCKED! Really sad.... There is still a reward since it was a federal crime. Yeah, I am only 5 foot 6......I made my first freefall out of that plane. I loved that airplane!
Faber 0 #13 January 26, 2003 Yes i rember that "1min long freefall" whit my s/l LOL Scared to death, but nothing could stop me to try again..It were also the first time i ever were in a airplane.. first time to be in clouds..Gues who had to pay beer Stay safe Stefan Faber
