Yup, I'm off, its Back/Bicep night...last week I was able to work up to close to my old weights: 300lbs shrugs and a nice 400lbs deadlift...now if only I *could* actually still do my old weights. Soon, soon...

No, Lone Star is one of my splurge beers, since it costs on average $12-13 a case and a 30 pack of 'Stones costs on average $10. I'd prefer to drink Lone Star (I like the taste), but Keystone Light is sooo damned cheap that I can't pass that up.

Oh, yeah, PBR, good beer for those nights of hard drinking. That's on my "I'm really damn broke" list of beer, which also includes Olympia (regular/gold/light) and Sportz (the HEB brand of beer).:)
