fool 0 #1 January 30, 2003 ok, certain gear sites have programs that let you fool around with colour schemes. I need to know how to save them to my hard drive. I tried just using "save as," then when I went back to them all it was was a grey screen. I've seen others post pics of their choices, and am just wondering how they saved them, or rather how I can save them. Thanks. hooked 0 #2 January 30, 2003 Did you try saving it to a disk? Or use the printscreen? I'm not a computer geek, so I can't be of too much help here. TomAiello 26 #3 January 30, 2003 Try displaying the picture, then grabbing a screen shot (how you do that depends on your specific computer and operating system).-- Tom Aiello Tom@SnakeRiverBASE.com SnakeRiverBASE.com
RevJim 0 #4 January 30, 2003 open up a photo editer. Make a new project, sized the same as your screen. Get the colors right, then hit Fctn-Prt Screen. Go to the photo program, and paste the image (rt click-paste). Works for me!It's your life, live it! fool 0 #6 January 30, 2003 Thanks all, got it working. I'm really quite bored, so my plan is to make a printout of my current jumpsuit, and print out various container colours sized to fit the printout of my current jumpsuit, and make little skydiver paperdolls. That way I can decide on colours for when I'm ready to buy a new container. RevJim 0 #9 January 30, 2003 It came from my laptop, so it was done in ArcSoft PhotoImpression 3.0 (free program that came with my Vivitar digital camera.) I do the same thing on my other computer with Adobe Photoshop 7.0. Edit to add: I know it's blurry. Tha's because i didn't try and keep the resolution. I jst shrunk it until it met the upload requirements. It's your life, live it!
