I have an Aunt Kinky, Aunt Le-le, Aunt Si-Si, a P-Paul, two Bubbas in the family in Arkansas, had a big pop, rera, actually all of these are from Arkansas. Im from south Louisiana I was born in Arkansas and my parents moved to Morgan City ,Louisiana when I was a toddler, then to Lafayette, La.

no funny names in the family but at my old job we a customer whose name was Dick Eaton. The first time I ever heard of him was a sales rep call he says" hey Jay ,what do ya know about Dick Eaton?" I said "Not a damn thing , what about you." We laughed about that for quite a while.

When I was growing up the kids use to ask me "what has Michael Eaton". Now I am just called Meaton. Of course I love it in a business scenario when I get to use just my initials.

Actually, Eaton is a fairly common name on Long Island. I grew up right next to the Village of Eaton's Neck. If I am correct with my history, the Village got it's name from a prominent family named Eaton back in the 1700's.
