jumpergirl 0 #1 February 3, 2003 I went to my old home dz this past weekend - Skydive Miami - and I love it just as much now as I did then!! I can't believe they aren't so busy they have to run 3 planes everyday! It only gets better and better each time I am there! Fred, the DZO, is awesome, as is the entire staff! They have a great Caravan that flies quick with incredible jump pilots at the helm! The view from freefall is the best I have ever seen - on a clear day you can see the beginning of the Florida Keys all the way to North Miami with the Everglades in between!! The atmosphere is great and it's just my favorite place to be!! I made 5 jumps this weekend, all great, and I knew I was home again!! If it wasn't 4 1/2 hours away, I would be there every weekend without a doubt!! I worked manifest there a few years ago and it was a perfect arrangement!! If any of you plan to be in Florida you should do your very best to make a special trip to the Homestead General Airport to visit Skydive Miami!! I promise, it is worth the trip!!!!
