quade 4 #2 February 10, 2003 Quotei need to find out if music has a effect on humans, animals, and/or plants. You're kidding -- right? How many ways do you want? More to the point -- how much of your homework do you want us to do for you? This should be a pretty simple thing to look up on Google!quade - The World's Most Boring Skydiver

QuoteMore to the point -- how much of your homework do you want us to do for you? i don't want you to do my homework, i am just wondering were i could find some more info on it. i looked at google, and it gives like 1 site for each, and it has like no info on it. same with yahoo, actually the same sites. later
superflie 0 #4 February 10, 2003 There is extraordinarlily well-document research on this topic. Psychologists have studied this topic for years. A few hours at the local university library in the psychology periodicals would yield all the information you need.
Stacy 0 #5 February 10, 2003 it's funny, I went to google, typed in "music effect humans" and it came back with 247,000 responses, just glancing at the first 20 or so titles are all relevant to what you asked. It's a very commonly researched topic.

AggieDave 6 #9 February 10, 2003 As mentioned before, get into the local college's library and go through the records for psych journals, they'll have quite a few studies in them.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." jerry81 10 #13 February 10, 2003 If you have time, go to a library and try to find the book The Secret Life of Plants by Peter Tompkins and Christopher Bird. There are a few chapters that should cover the plants part of your project, and the book as a whole is quite an interesting read as well.

Gawain 0 #15 February 10, 2003 Max (aka Gawain) with music = Max (aka Gawain) without music = Max (aka Gawain) regardless of music = These are pretty profound affects... !!!~~~ Edit to add: There were some studies done on the affect of music, specifically Mozart on mice and kids I think. Won't be too difficult to look up. So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light!
