These laws are "kinda" true. The women doing "topless" dancing wear pasties over the nipple, so technically, they are not topless.

The six foot rule is only enforced when a certain city councilman is running for mayor against a certain nude club owner. Thus, last week two clubs were raided. The rule is only enforced for political punishment reasons.

I keep wondering if the councilman has an interest in women. He doesn't seem to like them much.
