KawiZX900 0 #1 February 11, 2003 that you got a DUI.Thats what my boss asked me today. I said "what DUI"he says, "the one you got in November"me: "ohh that DUI", "ahhh I was planning on never"boss: don't sweat it, but you got to go see the DAPA, and what blah blah blah......I ran an arrow at 5:00 in the morning after a BBQ and got thrown in the klink for a day. Fuckin horrible experience. $2000.00 later and still paying.... High Holly rollers need not chastise the kid. I felt comfortalble to drive and blew a .12 which is 2 beers above legal, and I got nabbed less than a mile from home. "2 mile round trip" guess what I'll never do again.....maybee I'll go jumping come spring....hopefully before that but not freakin likely. Accelerate hard to get them looking, then slam on the fronts and rollright beside the car, hanging the back wheel at eye level for a few seconds. SkymonkeyONE 4 #2 February 11, 2003 Knock on wood....I have never been cited for DUI (or DWI; whatever you call it where you live). I do have, on the other hand, one friend who has been popped four times in the past two years. Here, the limit is .08, and that ain't shit. It is for that reason that you will VERY rarely catch me off the DZ on a weekend. No reason whatsoever to skate when you have a bar as nice as ours right on the premesis. jerry81 10 #3 February 12, 2003 You Americans have one of the highest limits for drunk driving in the whole world! Here, the limit is .05 (0.00 if you're a proffessional driver or have had your license for less than 2 years) and for 0.15 you go back to driving school. On the other hand, the fees aren't nearly as high as yours and driving under influence is something of a national pastime. Also, if my boss (that is, if I had a job and a boss to go with it) learned of me being caught dui , he'd probably say "Tough luck, gotta hate those pigs" and then launch into a detailed description of the last time he nearly got busted. mouth 0 #4 February 12, 2003 I'm with Chuck in that I've never gotten a DUI because I generally tell everyone I'm going to get drunk so they have to drive. I've only had one speeding ticket (the day I turned 18) but I've been pulled over thousands of times. Chicks have it made. Obviously I have no problem with the got it flaunt it theory. -- Hot Mama At least you know where you stand even if it is in a pile of shit.
